Assign and Manage Employees

For each staff member who appears on the schedule, a color icon indicates that person’s role. A + on top of any of these role-specific icons indicates an employee with the PRO qualification, so you can easily verify that you have at least one PRO-qualified employee scheduled for each shift.

The PRO designation appears when PRO Qualified is selected on the Employment tab within an employee’s details. The system does not check to ensure that  PRO-qualified staff members are scheduled to cover all hours when the restaurant is open. Always check your schedules to ensure that your shifts are appropriately staffed.
